Terms and conditions                                                                               

Please read carefully the terms and conditions before using this website. Every user of this site that agrees to make use of this site is subjected to these terms and conditions and other laws that are applicable. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and by using our site you consent to our terms and conditions. When you place an order with us, we will ship your order the same day if received before 1pm (Australian EST time) otherwise the following business day.  Allow 2 -5 days delivery time, for your registered parcel.  Otherwise Express post is available for next day delivery to metro areas ONLY. Please note orders shipped to remote areas within and outside Australia may take additional days to reach there destination.

Customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address, such as a home or work address, NO PO BOX address's. Registered delivery requires a signature. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful our courier will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery (at no charge) if within Australia.

This may not be the case with some international postal services in most cases if the parcel is not claimed within seven (7) business days it will be returned to us if within Australia and fourteen (14) business days for international orders and additional delivery charges will apply. 

 International shipping costs are determined by the total cost of the order and the shipping method chosen on our shopping cart and we may request for additional information from our  customers for security and quality service purposes.


We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards only and cards' details submitted through the online payment form are transmitted to a payment gateway service, which is separate to the shopping cart. The payment gateway securely routes the cards' information through the relevant financial networks and payments made through the phone are processed instantly through our merchant facilities and the receipts details will be mailed to you via mail or given to you through the phone. We do not store your card information and we only display available goods.

 Return Policy

 It is our priority to make sure we make our customers happy with their purchase. We welcome returns from customers who are not happy to with the products however please note that:

* A full refund will be given to customers that cancel their order(s) within the same business day (between the hours of 9am and 5pm Melbourne, Australia time) that the order(s) was/were placed.

*Items can be returned for a full credit (less the shipping and handling fee) within 7 days of the delivery date if within Australia and 14 days if outside Australia.

*Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date if within Australia and 14 days if outside Australia

 *Prior to returning any item, you must first obtain shipping instructions from us.

*Returns will not be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase. 
*Packaging & Delivery Costs are at the expense of the customer. 
*All products returned must be fully complete, contain all original boxes, bags and packing materials with any other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns not meeting this standard may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

 *Shipping and handling charges are non refundable (unless we shipped the incorrect or defective product to you).
*We will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for re-shipments due to wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise you have received from us. 
 *If items on orders are cancelled after they have been shipped, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
*Before you ship your package back to us, please include inside the return package a copy of your invoice received with your package to ensure proper credit. We will credit you the purchase price of the 
product shown on the invoice, less any applicable fees.

*For your protection,
first obtain shipping instructions from us and make sure to ship your return via registered post or courier service with insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the customer for any loss or damage of the returned package.

*Customers will be updated of the status of their orders via email and sms.
